EHS Specialist

Solenis is seeking a highly skilled EHS Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Environmental Health and Safety Department, you will play a critical role in planning, directing, and implementing our environmental health and safety programs. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive, safe, healthy, and incident-free work environment for our employees and customers.

• Develop and implement environmental health and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety procedures and protocols.
• Provide training and support to employees on environmental health and safety policies and procedures.
• Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and accidents.
• Develop and maintain safety data sheets and other regulatory documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in environmental health and safety, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
