Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Analyst to join our team at MESO SCALE DIAGNOSTICS, LLC. As a Quality Control Analyst, you will be responsible for performing routine quality control inspection, testing, and data analysis for various incoming, in-process, and final products within our protein-based immunoassay catalog.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete testing of incoming, manufactured, and in-process materials using analytical characterization and/or immunoassay testing techniques.
  • Analyze resulting test data against product specifications.
  • Create and/or maintain quality documentation and data summaries in compliance with ISO standards.
  • Operate standard laboratory equipment, including micropipettes, plate washers, automated liquid handling systems, analytical instrumentation, and plate readers.
  • Adhere to organizational and laboratory safety standards, including the proper use of personal protective equipment in BSL-1 and BSL-2 laboratories.
  • Complete scheduled work daily while working in a fast-paced environment with a minimum of deviations.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • High School Diploma and additional experience may be substituted for Associate's degree.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of basic molecular biology techniques.
  • Pipetting skills with high precision and accuracy are preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and work productively in a demanding environment with changing priorities.
  • Solid interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate issues/problems and results that impact timelines, accuracy, and reliability of laboratory data.
  • Attention to detail with demonstrated commitment to excellence and performance.
  • Ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including experience with standard data analysis tools and databases (Excel, Access, SharePoint).
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours, including long hours, weekends, and shift schedules.
Work Environment

This position will be working in a laboratory environment, handling chemical reagents and performing some Biosafety Level 2 work. May involve handling of BSL-2 or BSL-2+ materials and organisms, including human blood and/or blood products.
