Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.

Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW) in Arizona.
  • Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations, with a focus on individual and couples therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and meeting productivity standards.
