Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide subject matter expert solutions with comprehensive knowledge of software engineering and project management.

  • Provide guidance, coaching, training, and mentorship to junior employees on the team.
  • Manage large, complex project initiatives with minimal oversight or direction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with at least 9 years of software development experience.
  • Active U.S. DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Experience developing software in C, C++, Java, or Python.
  • Experience applying containerization technologies (e.g., Tanzu, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Experience with DevSecOps and developing CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with agile development and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Previous experience with Department of Defense engineering.
  • Previous experience with aerospace engineering, focusing on Ground Electro-Optical Systems.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $112,500 - $209,500. L3Harris Technologies offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
