## Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at Deaconess Hospital. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

## Responsibilities

* Assist with the care and preparation of surgical patients and the operating room under the direct supervision of an operating room RN
* Assemble, set up, and use surgical instrumentation and equipment during surgical procedures
* Pass instruments to the surgeon and their assistants
* Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and making decisions as needed

## Requirements

* Graduate of a Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience
* National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred
* Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration required prior to start date
* Health Care Provider level CPR certification
* Previous experience preferred
