**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a point of sale system, processing transactions and handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Assist with making and redeeming reservations, as well as processing ticket and membership transactions.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy while providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and productivity.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point of sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
