Requirements
  • Current Dental Hygienist License: Hold a current license to practice as a dental hygienist in Wisconsin.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree: Possess an associate's or bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Clinical Experience: Possess any years of clinical experience, with a strong understanding of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to continue growing and improving your clinical skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to Perform Essential Duties: Possess the ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged Sitting and Standing: Be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods, with the ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Availability for Training: Be available to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year.
