We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be an integral part of our patient care team, providing exceptional lifetime care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and patient education.
  • Work collaboratively with our dental team to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in our hygiene mentorship program to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that prioritizes patient satisfaction and employee well-being.
Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening.
  • CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Any years of clinical experience.
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.
