Restoration Project Manager

We are a leading property restoration company seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Restoration Project Manager. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to lead and manage water damage recovery projects from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in restoration, specifically water mitigation, with a minimum of three years. They will be responsible for overseeing the performance of manual labor required to mitigate property damage, including tasks such as lifting carpet from flooded basements, cutting drywall to prevent mold growth, moving furniture, and setting up drying equipment.
The estimated salary for this position is $66,040 - $75,620/YR, including overtime pay and a one-time signing bonus of $1,000. This amount is inclusive of additional compensation for weekend and on-call duties.
Key Responsibilities- Complete demolition processes and perform manual labor related to water mitigation, flooring removal, and moving furniture.
- Lead jobs from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Set up and take down equipment necessary for mitigation efforts.
- Take photographs of job sites and clean up debris to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct moisture measurements to assess the extent of damage.
- Record details in industry-specific software and apps.
- Supervise technicians on-site, guiding them in performing tasks according to standard operating procedures, proper documentation, cleaning job sites, and adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, fostering effective collaboration among team members.
- Show reliability and a strong work ethic, consistently delivering high-quality results under pressure.
- Possess a valid driver's license (required).
- Have a clear driving record and be insurable (required).
- Hold current IICRC Certification (WRT or other), reflecting expertise in restoration techniques (required).
- Experience in plumbing or knowledge of related concepts is beneficial.
- Be willing to undergo a criminal background check.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Capacity to work in varied environments, including indoors, outdoors, inclement weather, smoke, or other hazards commonly found in demolition or remodeling settings.
