AKS Engineering & Forestry is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our team in Tualatin, Oregon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating project-related correspondence, setting up meetings, and maintaining project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain project documents, including proposals, agreements, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Assist in preparing and tracking client proposals, additional services, and agreement letters.
  • Develop and maintain project files and schedules using Smartsheet or similar software.
