As a salaried physician at MAPMG, you will experience a work environment free from the pressures of alternative payment models or fee-for-service structures. Our members enjoy seamless access to specialists and medical records, enabling holistic patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Ophthalmologist with MAPMG, you will:

  • Manage approximately 21 patients daily in 20-minute consultations
  • Allocate around 2.5 days monthly for surgical procedures (subject to patient volume)
  • Engage with a diverse patient demographic from the tri-state area
  • Provide care for a broad spectrum of ophthalmology cases
  • Perform surgical interventions based on your expertise and comfort level
  • Collaborate with subspecialists within Kaiser and the academic community

Essential Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified or Eligible
  • Current licensure or willingness to obtain licenses in the relevant jurisdictions
  • Work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
