The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is seeking a highly skilled Ophthalmologist to join our team at our Capitol Hill and Largo Medical Centers. As a specialist in Glaucoma, you will be part of a collaborative and patient-centered healthcare delivery model, working closely with subspecialists within Kaiser and in the academic community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Treat approximately 21 patients per day in 20-minute appointments
- Perform approximately 2.5 days per month in the operating room (varies by patient load)
- Care for a large patient population drawn from the tri-state area
- Collaborate with subspecialists to provide comprehensive ophthalmology care
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Eligible in Ophthalmology
- Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia
- Work visa sponsorship available for eligible applicants
