Job Title: Quality Improvement Manager

Christ Health Center Inc is seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality clinical services delivered by our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the quality team to ensure the implementation of continuous quality improvement at Christ Health Center.
  • Plan, implement, and manage all Christ Health provider scheduling at all sites.
  • Assist the Chief Resident Physicians in planning and implementing the residency schedules.
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate data to appropriate Christ Health staff.
  • Oversee the process of all payer-related quality improvement.
  • Review and approve all provider-level and quality team PTO requests.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a health-related field.
  • Two years of experience working in an administrative team capacity in a healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated skills in administrative performance, including expertise in written/oral communication, documentation requirements, and service coordination.
  • Computer proficiency and a working knowledge of Microsoft programs.
  • Valid Alabama Driver's License and daily access to a reliable and insured vehicle.
  • Must be a United States citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Management experience.
  • Experience with compliance and risk management.
Physical and Mental Demands:
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to sit +/- 90% of the time.
  • Ability to stoop and bend, to reach, and grab with arms and hands; manual dexterity and to communicate with others.
Language Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence and reports; Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to patients, visitors, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
