Mental Health Therapist

At Necco, we're seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Foster Care. As a mental health professional, you'll work closely with clients and their treatment teams to help them achieve their goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in need.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a human services discipline and a valid Mental Health Practitioner's License. With a strong background in mental health treatment, particularly in foster care, you'll possess the skills to navigate software programs, including electronic health records, and have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for caseload management, data entry, and crisis prevention. You'll work collaboratively with foster parents, parents, and other treatment team members to address clients' diagnoses, progress, and barriers. Your leadership and development skills will be essential in mentoring and training team members on strategies for mental health issues.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and location. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you'll have opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
