**About WHITT FIT INC d/b/a StretchLab Burlington**

We are a leading provider of one-on-one assisted stretching services, seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Fitness/Stretch Professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for stretching, flexibility, and mobility, with a background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, or dance/yoga/Pilates instruction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver high-quality one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group classes for up to 6 clients.
  • Encourage client engagement and motivation throughout sessions.
  • Build membership and retain current clientele through excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by enforcing proper stretch techniques and studio policies.
  • Attend staff meetings and educational presentations to stay updated on best practices.
  • Handle member concerns and provide exceptional customer care.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a fitness/health environment, providing hands-on training with clients.
  • Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Sports Coach required.
  • Certified Pilates, Yoga, or Dance Instructor preferred.
  • Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all individuals.
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy.
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
  • Availability to complete our proprietary Flexologist Training Program (FTP).
