About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Bentonville, AR. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software systems that meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies
  • Experience with DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of security best practices
