About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Enterprise People Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Contact Center solutions using InContact scripting and Java.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Contact Center solutions using InContact scripting and Java
  • Maintain and enhance existing Contact Center systems
  • Collaborate with Product teams to understand requirements and convert them into solutions
  • Design and develop complex InContact scripts and Java services
  • Integrate InContact scripts with Java services for self-serve platforms
Requirements
  • Expertise in InContact script development and Java programming
  • Strong understanding of Contact Center systems and technologies
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications
