We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Construction Material Delivery Coordinator to join our team at The Contractor Consultants. In this role, you will work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure timely delivery and pick-up of materials, tools, and equipment from job sites and vendors.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with installation and service teams to deliver and pick up materials, tools, and equipment from job sites and vendors.
  • Lift and transport materials weighing 75+ pounds.
  • Conduct thorough clean-ups of job sites as needed.
  • Utilize understanding of local area logistics to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
  • Drive a trailer and dump truck to transport materials efficiently.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service when interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Experience in residential trades and/or service repair experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of roofing, siding, window, and door materials is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of local area logistics is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to drive a trailer and dump truck is highly preferred.
  • High level of customer service or sales experience is helpful for client and vendor interactions.
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
  • Some warehouse and/or forklift experience is beneficial.
