Key Responsibilities of the Nutritional Services Assistant include:
  • Supporting chefs with food preparation tasks as directed
  • Managing dishwashing duties and schedules to ensure smooth dining service operations
  • Upholding standards for dining services, including timely meal delivery, excellent customer service, and cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas
  • Ensuring meals are served to residents within the designated time frame
  • Reporting any issues or concerns related to food service in a timely manner
  • Monitoring changes in resident status, needs, or preferences and communicating them effectively
  • Adhering to all safety and administrative regulations, including local and state guidelines
  • Availability for full-time shifts, including weekends
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • One to two years of experience in a similar role is preferred
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and care to senior residents
  • A commitment to being a reliable and responsible team member
  • A willingness to embrace new ideas and collaborate with others
