The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, admission to the Arizona Bar, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice on estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.
  • Draft, review, and revise complex estate plans, trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
  • Assist clients in planning their estates to maximize wealth preservation and minimize tax implications.
  • Represent clients in probate and trust administration proceedings.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.
