Electrophysiology Technician

Job Title: Electrophysiology Technician - Travel Position

Job Summary: OneStaff Medical is seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist cardiovascular physicians in performing and completing invasive diagnostic therapeutic cardiovascular procedures in labs using advanced equipment, monitors, devices, and supplies.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient procedure execution.
• Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including electrocardiogram machines, defibrillators, and other cardiovascular devices.
• Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical histories, test results, and procedure notes.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in electrophysiology and cardiovascular medicine.

Requirements:

• Current certification as an Electrophysiology Technician or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and electrophysiology principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
