Job Summary

Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital is seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team on a 13-week contract basis. As a key member of our Electrophysiology Lab, you will be responsible for assisting with complex cardiac procedures and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with electrophysiology procedures, including EP mapping and catheter ablation
  • Operate and maintain electrophysiology equipment, such as CARTO, ENSITE, and CARDIOLAB
  • Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical history and procedure notes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • ARRT certification and VA license required
  • RCIS or RCES certification preferred
  • Experience with EP mapping and catheter ablation procedures
  • Knowledge of electrophysiology equipment and software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
