Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of trash
  • Support the sales floor team by restocking merchandise, processing transactions, and answering customer questions
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and conducting cycle counts
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs

Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
