Key Responsibilities
  • Create a relaxed destination atmosphere by providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with your team.
  • Set the course for success by possessing complete knowledge of our menu and recipes, and ensuring timely execution of all food preparation.
  • Build a perfect oasis by practicing the preparation of cold foods, such as salads, dressings, appetizers, and desserts.
  • Support your crew by maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitized kitchen environment, adhering to specified agency standards.
Essentials for Life in Paradise
  • You have 1+ years of high-volume culinary/hospitality experience.
  • You have a current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law.
  • You have basic knowledge of food/restaurant service skills, including storage, rotation, food preparation, recipe adherence, plate presentation, service, and production time adherence.
  • You have a high school diploma or GED.
  • You're willing to perform other duties as required to support the business.
Essential Physical Requirements
  • Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
  • Bending, stooping, and kneeling are required frequently.
  • Routine standing for the duration of your shift.
  • Maneuvering hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and other tools listed in our training manual.
  • Scheduled shifts determined by business needs.

Pay Range: $19.00 (or local minimum wage)-$24.00 hourly
