Job Summary
At BGF Industries, we are seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on the third shift. This role involves conducting work in a safe manner, following all company safety rules, and maintaining a set of looms to ensure optimum efficiency for the fabric style being produced.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain a set of looms on any given week and assist others as needed.
• Ensure looms run to optimum efficiency for the fabric style being produced.
• Place gears into looms and prepare everything needed for the weaving function to commence.
• Ensure accurate start-up of new warps, checking construction and design against production sheet and passing standard.
• Perform general maintenance of the looms, including preventive maintenance in line with the company's program.

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated experience in machinery repair/troubleshooting necessary.
• Mechanical aptitude required, with the ability to successfully pass a mechanical aptitude test.

Benefits
• Competitive salary: $20.30 - $22.30 per hour after training is completed.
