About the Role

This is an onsite position at our Cheraw, SC location. The salary for this role is $65,000 per year, plus benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of weaving equipment, minimizing waste, and maximizing production levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement effective preventative maintenance programs to minimize machine failures
  • Analyze data to optimize machine performance and reduce energy consumption
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality materials
  • Lead training sessions to educate employees on new procedures and best practices
