Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to all regulations regarding alcohol service.

Possess a comprehensive understanding of spirits, beers, and wines.

Order and replenish bar supplies and equipment as needed.

Set up and dismantle the service area and bar stations appropriately.

Assist bartenders, bar staff, and waitstaff in delivering exceptional service.

Verify guest identification to ensure alcohol is served only to those of legal drinking age.

Engage with guests and address feedback positively, resolving any service-related issues.

Qualifications:

Strong guest service skills are essential.

Prior experience in a similar role is required.

Must have a solid understanding of spirits, beers, and wines.

Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.

Ability to stand for extended periods is necessary.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Alcohol service training certification (TIPS) is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Most tasks are performed indoors; must be able to work in varying temperature environments.

Must be capable of standing and moving efficiently for up to 8 hours.

Ability to navigate between simultaneous tasks effectively.

Must be able to bend, squat, and lift up to 75 lbs regularly.

Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs consistently.

Must be able to perform cleaning tasks that require bending, stooping, and stretching.

Requires manual dexterity for operating necessary equipment.
