Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Pinnacle Treatment Centers VA - I LLC. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to remove barriers to recovery and transform individuals, families, and communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and dispense medication in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Schedule appointments for psychological testing, doctor's appointments, dental, and eye doctor appointments.
  • Maintain and update medical records and documentation.
  • Assist with transporting clients to necessary appointments.
  • Maintain contact with community medical personnel.
  • Responsible for medical charts for non-prescribed and prescription medication.
  • Assist in purchasing medical supplies.
  • Monitor detoxification clients and initiate appropriate medical response to detoxification symptoms.
