As a Primary Care Physician within the U.S. Army/Army Reserve health care team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the U.S. Army's operational readiness during humanitarian efforts, emergency situations, and routine care by delivering exceptional health services to Soldiers, their families, and other eligible beneficiaries in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including pre- and post-operative care. Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited U.S. medical or osteopathic school; foreign graduates may apply with a permanent certificate from the Educational Council for Foreign Medical Graduates.
  • Current medical license to practice in the United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
  • Board certified or board eligible.
  • Completion of at least one year of an accredited graduate medical education internship.
  • Aged between 21 and 42 years (waivers may be considered on a case-by-case basis).
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
