Host/Hostess Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at Red Lobster. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Manage the waiting list, ensuring guests are seated in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the dining room, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, taking orders and answering questions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining organized and composed under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
