Salary

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $50 to $60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. A competitive benefits package is also offered.

Job Description

This Physical Therapist role will involve designing and implementing individualized plans of care for patients. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with healthcare professionals and support staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating patient needs and developing treatment plans
  • Providing direct patient care and adjusting care plans as needed
  • Leading a team of support staff to achieve patient goals
  • Communicating effectively with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, applicants should possess the following qualities:

  • A graduate degree from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved program
  • At least one year of experience as a physical therapy aide
  • Current licensure from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
