Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This role requires a high level of empathy and understanding, as you will be working closely with residents who may require assistance with daily tasks and emotional support. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes to staff.
  • Assist with meal service and snack preparation.

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
