Job Opportunity

Kable Staffing is seeking a skilled Manual Machinist Roll Grinder to join our team in Fairfield, OH. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manual machining equipment, including lathes, milling machines, and grinders, to precision-cut metal and plastic parts.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to determine specifications and tolerances.
  • Select appropriate tools and materials for each job based on specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance on manual machining equipment, including cleaning and lubricating.
  • Measure and inspect finished parts using precision instruments to ensure quality standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, followed by vocational training in machining.
  • Trade school certificate preferred.
  • 2 years of machinist experience or machinist certificate preferred.
  • Ability to work in a standing position and lift 50 pounds.
  • Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to read measuring instruments.
