Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Systems Engineering Intern to join our team at Antenna Research Associates. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on complex system development programs and gain hands-on experience in systems engineering.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering principles and be able to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world problems. You will work under the direction of experienced systems engineers and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review system documentation, including system design, requirements specifications, and interface control documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and subsystems.
  • Conduct limited scope test plans under the supervision of engineers.
  • Gather and assemble data for engineers.
  • Assist engineers with design details and perform a wide variety of tasks to gain familiarity with the engineering staff, methods, programs, and practices.
Requirements
  • Attending a two-year or four-year college working toward a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge and familiarity with the use of Matlab and/or Simulink.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Coursework in Calculus, Linear Algebra, Complex Variables, Probability & Statistics, and Differential Equations.
