Job Overview
Bunzl Distribution USA is looking for a dedicated Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for managing the acquisition of production materials and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies. The Procurement Specialist will also oversee work order planning and ensure precise ERP planning communications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the Operations team, suppliers, and manufacturers to streamline procurement processes.
- Generate material demand and identify cost-effective suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple warehouses.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in procurement, sourcing, and price negotiation; experience in import/export is advantageous.
Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in business negotiations, sales analysis, and demand forecasting.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in ERP systems.
