Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant II to provide clinical expertise to our patients at MSO - Texas Bone & Joint. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling and canceling patient appointments, checking-in and checking-out patients, and performing various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional patient care by ensuring all patients receive high-quality, efficient care
  2. Manage patient schedules and communicate effectively with patients and physicians
  3. Collect and verify patient information, including insurance and demographic data
  4. Prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies
  5. Assist physicians with minor surgeries and physicals
