Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with a team of dedicated researchers at the forefront of single-cell biology and cell engineering to create a therapeutic screening platform.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the assembly and sequencing of single-cell transcriptomic and epigenetic libraries.
- Execute laboratory experiments focused on the isolation and culture of immune cells derived from primary human blood products.
- Manage the transformation and cultivation of bacterial stocks for the extraction of recombinant plasmid DNA.
- Conduct sophisticated laboratory experiments to collect data for a pioneering combinatorial screening project.
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams across various faculties or schools.
- Stay updated with the latest research and methodologies through ongoing literature reviews; apply new findings to the development of innovative protocols.

Qualifications:

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this role is between $71,000 and $88,000 annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and departmental budget considerations.
