About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Surgical Tech to join our team at PRISM Vision Group. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality care for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Interact effectively with the surgical team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other techs
  • Observe and maintain Standard Universal Precautions, hand hygiene, PPE, and safe practices to ensure personal, patient, and environmental safety
  • Prepare and organize operating room equipment, instruments, and supplies for surgical procedures
  • Anticipate surgeon needs during procedures and communicate effectively with the perioperative team
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to organizational policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Surgical Technician certification
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques
  • Ability to work independently and hold yourself accountable for quality and sterility
  • Outstanding organizational ability
