Key Responsibilities- Attend to restaurant patrons in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner.
- Serve drink orders directly to customers and indirectly through servers to diners seated at tables.
- Learn the restaurant menu to answer guests' questions and offer recommendations.
- Help set the restaurant for service and complete side work after shifts.
- May serve as a manager on duty, supervising floor staff, accepting server checkouts, and communicating issues to management.
- At least 1-year experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant.
- Knowledge of Toast or similar POS system.
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails.
- Able to work in a consistently fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to high-quality service.
- ABC permit or ability to procure one within three days of hire.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand on feet for up to 10 hours per shift.
$4.5 per hour plus tips.
Job TypeFull-time and part-time positions available.
