The Opportunity

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our AI team, where you will play a pivotal role in transforming our product vision into actionable strategies and bringing innovative solutions to market. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with go-to-market teams, engage with prospects and customers within the faith community, and stay on top of the latest trends in AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform product visions into actionable strategies and execution plans, focusing on solutions for the faith community.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to build engaging, user-friendly products.
  • Engage with prospects and customers to gather insights and feedback, ensuring our products meet real-world needs.
  • Utilize Figma to create product flows, wireframes, and detailed requirements that guide the development process.
  • Research the latest developments in AI and bring new ideas and suggestions to the team.
  • Develop comprehensive, visually compelling product requirements and specifications.
  • Help create product development timelines to keep projects on track.
  • Gather input from the executive team, market research, and customer interactions to inform product decisions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment among stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Prioritize product features based on business value and customer needs.
  • Verify that product deliverables align with company goals and provide exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role.
  • Strong interest in AI technologies and their application in product development.
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
  • Experience working closely with sales, marketing, and directly with customers or prospects.
  • Collaboration with design teams to create user-centered products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for staying updated on the newest trends in AI and technology.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to decision-making.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Eagerness to bring new ideas to the table and drive innovation.
