Job Summary:
This role focuses on Research Vector Production at a client site, contributing to upstream production manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage in aseptic mammalian suspension (HEK293) cell culture processes within single-use bioreactors, scaling up to 250 L.

2. Execute both small- and large-scale transient transfection and clarification through depth filtration and flat sheet hollow fiber tangential flow filtration.

3. Employ high-throughput automated column chromatography techniques (e.g., PromoChrom Technologies SPE-03).

4. Conduct data analysis and trending (e.g., metabolites, viable cell density, flux pressure) utilizing various software tools.

5. Prepare buffers and tubing assemblies.

6. Oversee laboratory operations, including supply ordering, buffer/mobile phase/culture media preparation, equipment operation, quality and safety assessments, sample management, and maintaining electronic lab notebooks, ensuring data integrity and adherence to good documentation practices.

7. Provide support to research scientists in their experimental work, following established company protocols and methodologies.

8. Assist in the upkeep of laboratory equipment.

9. Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment.

10. Adhere to best practices in laboratory procedures, documentation, and safety.
