The OR Service Line Lead RN is a key member of the perioperative team, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within the department.

As a clinical leader, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of daily clinical operations, including coordinating with other departments and physicians to support organizational goals.

You will also be responsible for promoting professional growth and development among staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional patient care.

In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating perioperative patient care with other members of the surgical team, acting as a consultant to advise the perioperative team in areas of specialty, and assisting perioperative personnel in evaluating practice and creating strategies for further improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse License
  • BCLS or ACLS Certification
  • CNOR required
  • 3 years of experience as an OR Circulator
