Position Summary: The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of production machinery through various maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute installation, corrective, and preventive maintenance on production machinery.
- Leverage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for effective work order management.
- Educate operators on conducting autonomous maintenance tasks.
- Refer complex issues to the Maintenance Supervisor for resolution.
- Enhance housekeeping standards and implement 5S methodologies across the facility.
- Oversee machine spare parts inventory, identifying shortages and obsolescence.
- Acquire and apply advanced predictive maintenance techniques, including thermographic imaging and vibration analysis.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Industrial Systems, Mechatronics, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience; or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Availability for daily and weekend overtime as necessary.
- Flexibility to work adjusted shift schedules to meet business needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage ranging from $30 to $35 based on experience.
