We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Systems Integrator to join our team at Jacobs. As a key member of our Cyber, Security, & Intel team, you will play a critical role in supporting mission-critical projects that drive the nation's security and intelligence mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain enterprise computer systems and networks, analyzing technical issues and developing corrective actions.
  • Monitor and interpret system and network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Translate user requests into technical diagnoses, developing solutions to meet user needs.
  • Develop strategies to migrate customers to new architecture/technology with minimal disruption.
  • Evaluate new technologies and equipment to enhance Agency standard solutions.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, and/or systems engineering.
  • Strong Linux experience and knowledge of Unix shell scripting languages.
  • Experience in systems/network administration, application administration, and/or information technology support or management.
  • Experience supporting hardware installation, such as servers and network infrastructure.
  • Experience setting up storage, including network-attached storage.
  • Experience implementing security best practices, including PKI certificate generation, deployment, and maintenance.

Clearance and Education:

  • Active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance.
  • Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience deploying and maintaining nginx.
  • Familiarity with Docker and RedHat Satellite.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing environments like AWS.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) products like Terraform, SALT, and Ansible, as well as system monitoring platforms like Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Experience with SELinux and FIPS.
