Position Overview:
The Learning Specialist I is responsible for crafting and executing tailored educational strategies for student-athletes facing academic hurdles. This role serves as a key liaison for the Bill Battle Academic Center (BBAC), focusing on the educational requirements and academic achievements of assigned student-athletes. The specialist will also collaborate with the Tutorial Coordinator to recruit, train, and oversee academic support staff, including strategy tutors and content tutors.

Essential Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or higher, coupled with relevant experience in supporting students with learning or academic challenges.
