Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Nondestructive Evaluation Engineer to join our team at Net2Source Inc. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of mining and construction equipment and components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform nondestructive testing and evaluation of materials and components using various methods such as ultrasonic testing, phased array UT, radiography, visual testing, and magnetic particle inspection.
  • Support process engineering, design, manufacturing, and quality teams in creating and maintaining inspection standard work, procedures, process quality metrics, and audit data integrity.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Conduct inspections and audits at customer job sites and/or support domestic and international NDE supplier audits.

Requirements:

  • Associate of Applied Science in Nondestructive testing technology or equivalent certifications.
  • AWS CWI Certification is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in nondestructive testing and evaluation.

Technical Skills:

  • UT – Ultrasonic Testing
  • UTPA – Ultrasonic Testing Phased Array
  • RT – Radiography Testing
  • VT – Visual Testing/Inspection of welds
  • MT – Magnetic Particle Testing/Inspection
