Senior Reservoir Development Manager

Hilcorp seeks a highly skilled Petroleum Engineering Project Lead to coordinate the activities of our New Venture team members in Alaska. This role involves facilitating permitting, drilling, and development of opportunities in Yukon Flats and Cook Inlet.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Team Coordination: Effectively collaborate with multiple functions, including drilling, reservoir engineering, facilities, operations, geoscience, and land teams.
- Development Planning: Construct detailed plans of development and depletion for projects, incorporating commercial characterization.
- Presentations and Reviews: Present project updates internally and externally, ensuring accurate representation of progress and outcomes.
- Company Support: Align actions with Hilcorp's vision and mission, maintaining employee confidence and protecting corporate assets by upholding confidentiality.
- Professional Development: Stay current with industry knowledge and best practices, applying this expertise to drive project success.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years of reservoir engineering experience, with a proven ability to generate investment opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Knowledge: Possess working knowledge of operations engineers, geologists, geophysicists, landmen, and other professionals within the organization.
- Evaluation Skills: Conduct thorough reservoir evaluations and studies, integrating geological data into engineering calculations.
- Communication and Technical Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, economic analysis, Nodal analysis, and public data retrieval.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from an accredited four-year university.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
