- Mentor and coach junior analysts to develop their skills and expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
- 2-4+ years of experience in FP&A or a related field.
- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
