Job Summary

The Marketing Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the marketing division by executing a variety of marketing strategies and initiatives. This position is responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing projects, managing timelines, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Key responsibilities include maintaining marketing calendars, conducting market analysis, managing content distribution, and evaluating the success of marketing activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Engage actively in branding and rebranding projects.
  2. Assist in crafting and executing marketing strategies to meet business goals.
  3. Develop and oversee an editorial calendar for social media platforms and marketing communications.
  4. Support the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives.
  5. Contribute to brand initiatives, including promotional campaigns.
  6. Coordinate marketing efforts across various channels, such as digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
  7. Manage social media profiles and generate engaging content to boost brand visibility and interaction.
  8. Create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
  9. Monitor and assess marketing metrics, providing reports on campaign performance.
  10. Assist in organizing and executing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  11. Conduct market research to uncover trends, competitor actions, and consumer preferences.
  12. Support the upkeep and enhancement of the company website and other digital platforms.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to implement marketing initiatives.
  14. Provide administrative assistance to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings and organizing marketing resources.
  15. Act as a representative of the brand.

Position Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution is preferred.
  2. Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  3. Experience in delivering PowerPoint and verbal presentations to company leaders and industry stakeholders.
  4. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Demonstrated experience in food photography and videography, with a portfolio to showcase work.
  7. A minimum of two years of professional experience applying design principles in a work environment, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and similar platforms.
  8. Strong skills in essential Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  9. Previous experience in the food, restaurant, or hospitality sectors is preferred.
  10. Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
