Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide personalized and unique shopping experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
  • Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store appearance, securing company assets under your control.
  • Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Embracing new technology and change with high accuracy.
  • Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Self-motivation with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
